• Vitamins and minerals are needed for all vital body functions.
• Fruits contain potassium which is useful to control blood pressure.
• Dry fruits are very higher in nutrients than their fresh counterparts

The Sunscreen protects your skin from harmful ultra violet rays. They should be applied to dry skin at least 15 minutes before going outdoors and should be re-applied after swimming or perspiring. Typically, one ounce of sunscreen lotion is enough to cover exposed areas of body properly.

Lip Balm is good for the lips. Use a moisturizing lip balm with SPF which will keep your lips hydrated and prevent them from burning and chapping.
