• As always, choose healthy foods in all your meals.
• Increase intake of vitamin C through natural foods. Leafy greens, cauliflower, potato, colored peppers, gooseberry, guava, black current and kiwi are some of good food resources.
• Use garlic, pepper, ginger, turmeric in your daily cooking to help improve digestion and immunity.
• Avoid fried foods as they are difficult to digest.
• Have easy to digest foods like grams, soups, stews rather than oily curries and creamy sauces.
