Tips for good digestion

1. Chewing your food well as breaking food into small particles aids digestion.
2. Its important to eat in calm and relaxed environment and avoid watching television as you eat.
3. Drink warm water as it is an excellent aid to digestion.
4. Avoid eating leftovers and eat fresh food as it is more nourishing.
5. Avoid overeating as it unnecessarily burdens the digestive system, leading to indigestion and other complications.
6. Follow a strict exercise regimen and avoid eating two hours before or after exercise.
