Groundnuts are very nutritious. They are rich in protein, carbohydrate, fibre, fat and vitamins value. It has both mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids in high levels. The level of monounsaturated fatty acids is slightly higher than the level of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
