Symptoms of PMS
Premenstrual Syndrome is known in short as PMS. It involves symptoms that occur in relation to the menstrual cycle and interfere with the womens life. The symptoms usually begin five to 11 days before the start of menstruation. The most common symptoms include:
Headache
Swelling of ankles, feet and hands
Backache
Abdominal fullness, feeling gaseous
Breast tenderness
Weight gain
Acne flare-ups
Bloating
Constipation or Diarrhea
Decreased coordination
Anxiety or panic
Confusion
Depression
Fatigue
