Worm Gene- Nerve Repair

Researchers and scientists have found a potential way to regenerate nerves by stimulating a gene and said that they their work in worms may some day help people with spinal cord injuries. The gene is a part of a network of four genes essential for nerve repair. They have found a pathway that not only regenerates nerves in worms but also exists in humans.
